Turbo Tax is a life saver for me

I called the 800 # only once prior to buying the software to make sure which one I needed. I find the whole process extremely easy. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and now I buy the software thru Costco for a savings. I feel confident that if any issues arise I always have the friendly customer service to assist me. I do taxes for myself, who is self employed, and 3 other seniors who are retired. With the product I purchase I can do 5 federal returns for free and get a $10 credit off one State return. I pay $80 with tax for the package and I am very satisfied. The last 2 years I didn't have any issues or questions.

Excellent and reliable product

Great product. I have one recommendation: Please provide the option at the end of the Virginia State Return to provide information for direct deposit. I had to go to the forms view to find the information sheet that had the spaces available for me to fill in direct deposit. I had this problem in previous years as well. As I normally file by mail, I had the checks mailed to me because it wasn't obvious to me that I needed to provide this information again (already provided with my federal return when I e-filed).
