I have filed my return many years with turbotax and never had a problem however this year when I filed my 2023 return electronically it apparently did not go to the IRS. I only realized this when the payment for the tax I owe did not come out of my credit union account..I thought It would be saved on my computer but when I try to see it it's not there and turbo tax wants me to start over. However I do have a printed copy. I'M very disappointed with turbo tax and also with the fact that I can't talk to a human at turbo tax about this.

Thank you for walking me through things. It's pretty user friendly here but it still makes me feel useful, especially when it comes to back-taxes. I love that I could just download TT and get on with the program!
