TT and QBSE

The categories for QBSE and TurboTax do not match. Please match "Travel Expenses" to "Business Travel".
They should match and be in alphabetical order so we can just transpose the numbers. Ex: "Advertising" = "Advertising". These do match! Yay!

from the Forms tab I cannot delete forms. I could in the past. You are getting lazy and less friendly. Turbotax seems to be getting harder to work with. Why is TurboTax Business not available on a Mac???

IVE SENT IN MY RETURN AND YOU HAVE VERIFIED THAT IT WAS ACCEPTED BY BOTH IRS AND STATE, HOWEVER ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY NOTIFICATION FROM THE IRS NOR DO THEY RECOGNIZE MY REFUND INFORMATION

Turbo Tax is great.

I've used Turbo Tax for years now because it is easy to use and is reliable. My only complaint is the first one that I've ever had: I asked that I take my free state filing but it didn't happen. They wanted my $25 and I wanted my taxes filed, so I paid. Not sure whose fault this was, mine or theirs.

Little issue with it

I had a 1099-C form and had a hard time to find the correct button to find it. Search button takes you to a place to charge me $5 to get answer. It took a while to have the question 'where to put a Form 1099-C on Turbo Tax' answered online. I have used Turbo Tax for years and don't remember having this as a big issue like it was this time.

TT Home and Business fails to E-file PDF over 9MB

Mostly ok however I have to severely ding the functionality of e-file and tech support for resolving the issue. Even with very simple tax reporting for Federal and Wisconsin, I went to e-file with the desktop program and it was met with the error page that the e-file transmission could not go through and indicated the problem was a transmission issue not being able to reach the TurboTax and out of it's control. A though search of the online knowledge base still not adequately solve the issue it was very difficult and time consuming reaching a real person. First time reaching a person was on the phone for 45 minutes with out resolution and given more direct tech phone number that, while it was a TurboTax number indicated it was no longer working. The next time after spending 10 minutes trying to navigate the voice recognition system and spending 70 minutes with a person, finally resolved the problem. The TurboTax Home and business program will not transmit pdf attachments even if they are a single 9.1 MB file. After reducing the file to 1.5 MB the transmission went through. It was definitely a TurboTax program issue and should have been specific in the error message, that sent me and the tech support in the wrong directions with hours unnecessary time to discover it is program issue.
