Not happy about Bait and Switch price e-File State

I ordered and paid for the Advantage download package because it listed a price of $20 to e-file state taxes, but when I checked out it charged me $25. Not happy about that. I don't like bait and switch tactics. I have used TurboTax for years because it is easy and thorough.

Turbo Tax Gets It Done

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have always navigated through all of the features and tax updates without any problems. It is designed and updated with current tax laws. The help tutorials are a tremendous help in ensuring my wife and I receive everything we are entitled to.

Turbo tax is a pain in the butt this year. I'm not sure if I will use it next year or not. The city tax forms (RITA) are not available yet so the program won't let me print out the state or school district either. They are ready, and they should be accessible to print. To top it off there is a place to put in your email, so you can notify me when the forms are ready. When I hit submit, it says this isn't available to send my message. What the heck.

I needed help finding my 2023 return that I filed through Turbotax. It turned out to be a complicated process because of my computer device and accessing OneDrive. Lashonda C case #1543741770 was absolutely phenomenal in helping me. She walked me through the steps and helped me reinstall the 2023 file back on to my computer. It was no small task! She did not get frustrated, was very helpful and friendly and fun! Please commend her in the highest way possible. She is EXCELLENT at her job and is truly one in a million!

Turbo Tax is a good tool.

I've enjoyed using TurboTax for years and each year it gets better. I'd like to see a better way / easier way to return to preious entries or find where certain entries should be made. Just doesn't seem to be streamlined as much as I believe it can. I would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys doing their own tax preparations.
