Get your fees straight!

The program said $20 to file my state (it had $25 crossed out and $20 next to it)
When I processed my state return, it charged me $25.

TurboTax NOT GREAT THIS YEAR

I have used Turbo Tax since their beginning, it's always been terrific, this year is the very worse of all the previous years, never had so many blank pages, so many go backs. I am really disappointed in the software this year

Not so happy with this year's version.

VERY frustrating this year. I have used Turbo Tax since at least 2019, if not earlier. First, I couldn't retrieve the download. Fortunately, Linda, from the Help Center, was able to after much effort on her part. And this year it took hours to get rid of the error message "please remove all preceding spaces or invalid characters" The online "help" from the website was no help.

Program locks up.

Program keeps locking up "program not responding" requiring to re start sometimes. Takes forever to load documents to print or save.
