My Taxes Would be Harder Without TurboTax

The experience is good, I trust the accuracy of TurboTax, and I've used it for at least a decade. I did not need the extra tax help, but it's good to know it's there. It's Mac-friendly and acts like I would expect it to, on my MAC machines.
The interface is a little non-intuitive at times, and I say that mainly for new users. But I come back for it year after year because I trust it. I think even if I used an accountant, TurboTax could certainly help you pull everything together for that meeting.

your progran is easy to follow if something is left out your progran always goes back to it so it can be fixed.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2016 and have found it to be very easy to work with. I have used the Tax experts when needed.
