TurboTax is Great, but not perfect-still recommend

Overall continue to love the TurboTax Home and Business product.
I have two recommended areas of improvement:
1) provide a search option to search forms and the tool for specific keywords. This would have saved me over an hour of frustration and an ultimate call to your technical support to find where the new 2025 SSA tax deduction was being addressed.
2) there are still bugs that show up in the final review that the Interface did not ask me about during the input process that I had to struggle with, namely depreciation on a second vehicle that was used for my wife's business. It was in a crazy loop and I finally found a way out.

Turbo Tax has very easy instructions to follow and tells you exactly what forms you need to file.

Disappointed with online version

Very pleased with Desktop version, not so much with the online version. Online version took my money for filing, even though I did not use it. Didn't refund my money, which actually constitutes online banking fraud!

I have used Turbo Tax since its inception, it has proven over time to be accurate and it is easy to complete our returns every year.

Turbo Tax automated updates failed Jan-Feb

I was frustrated that the ability to enter 1099-R data and new business assets was not ready in mid-January. I signed up for email alerts as to when those forms were ready, but never received any emails. I was still getting the messages that those forms weren't available on Feb 21, 2025. I shut down and restarted my iMac computer. Then when I opened Turbo Tax it updated and I had no problems. It seems that TurboTax was not automatically updating prior. Each time I opened Turbo Tax from mid January to Feb 21 (prior to the iMac restart), it never checked for updates, Turbo Tax just opened.
