You've gone from being easy to having pop up questions trying to ask if I want to pay for phone help, etc. Not very professional.

Turbo Tax 2025 - a disappointment

I had the most difficult time with 2025 turbo tax addition. First, it was not compatible with my computer running windows 10.
When I tried to bring over my 2024 PDF return I was on the phone for hours speaking to people who where not technically competent. I finally found a person who was IT savvy and made it happen after 2 hours

Overall great except for one year when my tax attorney pointed out a couple of errors in the program

Online vs App

The back and forth between online and through the app is confusing. I bought the program so that I can do some family member returns. A couple of them have returns that do not work online. I had trouble getting back to where I was after an update.

Will not acclept IP PIN

When the federal return was rejected, I went and secured the IP PIN, as instructed. When I came back to Turbo Tax to resubmit there is no place to enter the IP PIN. This leaves no choice other than to print the forms and mail.
