turbo tax is crap

I have used turbo tax for years. Never again Had to do taxes 5 times it went back to beginning
wouldn't let me fill out forms I needed
Said I automatically wouldn't be charged self employment tax on CRP because I am on social security. cost me $675 00. wouldn't let me file

TurboTax was near perfect

Everything was great as usual. There were a few places where I searched the web to gain a better appreciation of the tax rules. I also think you could have communicated better regarding the delay due to tax changes affecting depreciation for rental properties.

Good. Some complaints I have sent to you. I can't get the 2026 Estimated Tax Vouchers to print as final copy. Also, the Virginia Form 760CG does not print lines for the signature date.

Charitable organization names are not alphabetical

TurboTax does not allow organization names for charitable deductions to be placed in alphabetical order. With over 30 entires, I keep having to search the list for the correct charity. PLEASE put organizations in alphabetical order!

2025 Tax

My only issue that past couple of years has been turbo tax freezing up, stating "not responding", not sure why.
