Turbo Tax can be confusing

First, Had to buy new computer to load TurboTax 2025, that was frustrating. The compacity to import investment accounts not working properly, that was also frustrating.

Why no windows 10?

Its annoying that this product will not work on Windows 10 even though I have used it for years on that computer. Who paid you to do that? Even Microsoft will service Windows 10 still (for a fee).

incomplete version at the beginning of 2026

Would be good to have a fully working version ready (or at least some preliminary version of the software) at the beginning of the year. I purchased TurboTax 2026 in Jan 2026 because I urgently needed to do estimations for my 2026 tax return (required for some of my applications). Surprisingly it appeared that some of important sections in the purchased software did not work at all so that I had to do everything manually. Required updates became available only in mid February. For the future versions it would be really good to have a fully working version at the beginning of the year .

delaying in completing and submitting return

delays in all the required reporting forms not available when needed, having to stop and re-start several times to wait on the applicable forms to be readied, updated and uploaded. Caused a three day job to be extended into almost 3 weeks! Never happened before this year's version
