Bad experience printing my returns

Everything went well until I tried to print my returns from within the application. It would not print. I ultimately had to call your support line and do a work around.. The support line said this is a major problem and widely encountered, This is a major bug and promotes distrust for the product. You need better testing as your reputation for accuracy and functionality are tied together. Someone needs to be held accountable.

Samatha in Tech support was very courteous and helpful. Your download wirhout a CD was very tedious. The "Let's get started!" instructions were poorly written and were inaccurate - a mess! Your "Early" State E-filing fee of $25 inferred that this fee was an additional fee inposed by the State of California. This fee, in fact, is an additional fee charged by Turbo Tax. This fee was not disclosed upfront but only disclosed after purchase of your product and not known until the tax returns were ready for e-filing. A very poor business practice. After several years of using TurboTax, I may consider using another product next year.

Problem with credit card payment window

When I got to the PAYMENT window (not sure what I'm paying for) the information for credit card window had an OK BUTTON located BELOW the task bar on my computer which somehow prevented me from completing my payment.

room for improvement

Very disappointed that turbotax is not fully vetted and all functions available before the end of the year. I would like to be able to use the program to forecast my tax situation before the end of the year, in order to make adjustments in last few weeks if required. The most important functions I typically need aren't available.
