PINS don't match!

This is the second year in a row that I have been unable to file online because the PIN in your software does not match the IRS records. I am very frustrated and don’t know how to resolve this. I don’t like filing through the mail, and I feel I’ve wasted money paying for this software again.

i WAS SUPPOSED TO GET ONE FREE STATE TAX FILING AND I DID NOT GET THAT. I HAD TO PAY $25

The File Hung up and would not file to state. I tried changing the answer and it cost me 214 dollars on my state return.

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2001 and it's always a great experience. The program is very intuitive and user friendly and Intuit is always right on point ensuring all the latest tax reporting changes are included.

I have been using Turbo-tax for 20 years. Before turbo-tax, I filed my own taxes. It was no easy until I started to use Turbo-Tax.
