Pretty good.

Generally, pretty good. I've used TT for 30 years or so. I always need to engage the help line at some point for most returns. I do several family members' fillings every year. Assistants are pretty universally helpful and courteous.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

It was difficult because FORMS at the top of the page was not highlighted so you could go to a specific 1099 and the payer information on our 1099s was not transferred to the 2025 1099.

corrupt back ups

i have used turbo tax for years. It works well for me and my company. However, last year we go hacked and lost everything. My back up was also compromised and useless. Also, we changed to windows 11 and the turbo tax would not download. The lady at turbo tax walked me through all of it and got it downloaded just fine. So, it worked well for me again. Just did not have old files to bring forward. So, make sure you have good back up. Thanks to the lady at Turbo tax. stan

TTax could not do the Job and still slow

I had multiple foreign taxes on dividends. T.Tax would not take multiple countries to which tax was paid. I filed with incorrect information as it was a deduction that probably would not have made a difference.
Is slow to load and takes way to long to update. Makes me think you're collecting data from my computer
