Missed IRS personal pin entry prompt.

Program did not prominently request my IRS-provided personal pin. If it did, I could not readily access that point easily after completing the return the first time around.

Very easy to use. Helps to have some business experience, but not necessary-help files pretty good. Any other info can be searched at irs site.

$100 for the software, another $25 to e-file, another $40 fee this is freaking ridiculous to do my taxes myself. Next year I'll pay a tax preparer. Not only that but FAMLI Colorado has no comment yet you would not let me proceed without putting something in there and that's on you. Horrible experience.

Good not great

Luckily, I have a refund and do not owe anything. I am working on 2020, and the state versions I need are not available to download because TT does not carry the state return that old (2021 was the oldest available). This is very unfortunate. I'll need to find another solution for my state. I worked with Ashley and did a fine job trying to get me the state return download to no avail. I know this is a unique situation and not something that happens often, but you should have several more years available to download.
