State Return

I had great difficulty getting the state return. The software would not download it. I tried a bunch of things recomended to cure this but none worked. I finally tried to manually download the state return software from your website, but this proved very difficult. The instructions bore no resemblance to what I was seeing. I finally got your AI assistant to give me a link to the download. It shouldn't be this hard

I use Turbo Tax every year. It is always up-to-date in real time, and "reminds" me to write off items for my businesses that I have forgotten that I need to write off! I love the feature that tells you the chances of being audited. Such a user-friendly program! Highly recommend!!

Trubro tax sill has bug in Febraury 2026

Your 195-A form review keeps telling both to enter a number in each table entry and remov it. I cant do both and it keeps erroring out. I hope my Return transmitted anyway. It would have been nice if this bug was removed before I started using the software.

Doesn't Install or work as Advertised, extra fees.

They are only getting 2 stars as I was able to complete my taxes. I bought the program in a store. It took me an hour just to get it to work, and speaking to multiple help people. Every time I tried to finish a task I was hit with a different fee. I had to find a 2nd computer to even download this program.
