I HAVE USED OTHER TAX SOFTWARE IN THE 36 YEARS OF PREPARING TAXES AND TURBO TAX IS NICE AND EASY AND BASICALLY SELF-CHECKS

Turbo Tax Live Agent Error-cost me an extra $50

I was trying to use turbo tax for my granddaughter who is a door dasher. I was told by first agent that I needed to buy the home and business upgrade in doing so it did not resolve the iinformation I was looking for so I called back turbo tax agent who also walked me though the process of filling out information for 1099 NEC and let me know I did not have to pay the additional upgrade Lesson learning on that.. Sometimes you have to call back several times to get the right answer
