TT Used to be Awesome!

After many years using TT, I am no longer sure I'll use it in the future. There were too many delays and goofy things on a couple areas. Pay for state e filing -- I wasn't able "Check back later." Try a different card -- it wouldn't let me. Never happened before.

Better than alternatives

A couple of areas are not as clear as they could be. Caused me to do research to figure out what was being asked. Also in the MN property tax refund form you ask if the tax increased over $100 and was over 12%. I said no and you said good, you get a refund. Knowing MN, they would not give a refund unless your increase was more than 12%, not less. Please check it out.

turbo tax is not my favorite this year

called and agent could not tell me when form 8283 would be available. I prepare my taxes early and I had to wait until 2/7/26 to complete. Don't think I will be using Turbo tax next year.

Have been using you for years but it's getting worse not better. The WV state return that's included never goes smoothly, it seems I'm always having to recheck and manually complete some forms. Fed works ok but it's expensive. I really only continue with you because it's easy to import the information from the previous year and I don't want to have to manually configure my business depreciation.

2025 TurboTax

On my first attempt doing my 2025 tax return, when I wanted to go back and add another W2 that I received, it wasn't letting me. I was clicking "update" on the personal income section and it was taking me back to h whole list with all the items. I clicked on Forms couldn't do anything still. I updated the software, even though it was asking me to update it once I was opening the program to continue my tax return, didn't help. I chatgpt and nothing helped. So, I had to create a new tax return and start all over.
Please fix that.
