This program has gone downhill from the last 25+ years i have been using Turbo Tax. it will not let you go back and changes things, it doesn't print the state forms. Makes me wonder if the state forms will be submitted correctly. I will not be using Turbo Tax next year.

TurboTax Has Changed - Not As Good As It Once Was

This software used to be solid and used to have a better menu layout. I had errors and rejected return for 1095 and was never prompted to complete this during the completion process.

Need to make sure State tax programs are working

I have been using Turbo Tax since it was first offered (1980's). There have been hiccups at times, but overall I found it a great tool. However, this year somehow the MA NR/PY return showed that I had made estimated payments to the state. I tried everything I could to fix that, and had to talk to an expert (Quatrella). She did her best, but the final result was that I have to file my MA NR/PY return for 2025 either by mailing it in or using the Mass TaxConnect software. I'll be shopping around for something else. Worked well for Federal.
