Turbotax is getting worse and worse

Turbo tax is getting worse and worse. I am mailing state tax forms and no address or instructions are given for it. Why Not? Not everyone files everything!

frustration

I was charged to file state and then couldn't e-file because it didn't like an answer on one of my 1099-
g forms so now I have to mail both forms. this is ridiculous, I put in the correct information .
I have used turbotax for years but am so frustrated.

Update notification for state does NOT work

won't let me print Ohio. Says form not available. Gives page to sign up to be notified, but when I put in email address, it says no forms selected. Tried 2x. Still broken.
