TurboTax-Money Hungry Lacking Technical Competence

I purchased tlurbotax and wanted to use annually. However, your continued attempt to sell me some person who has not seen or know of my tax situation is stupid and an attempt to hide what you are and that is more concerned about how much money you can generate vs having forms competed and system functioning well. You need to fire your product manager and the head of IT for your program. It is terrrible. I will not continue to be taken advantage of by you and your alleged product. One time at end do you want to pay for some assistance would be more than adequate.

I know what to expect every year I use Turbo Tax. Seamless integration for my online tax forms and quick and easy explanations and tax advice. Not sure why anyone would not use this product.
