I like Turbo Tax but I don't understand why it says we get one free State tax and I hit the button "yes, I want one free State tax now" and then it charges me $25.00 in the end. That does not seem right.

Incompatibility Issue Quickly Resolved

I found out that TurboTax 2025 was not compatible with Windows 10. After using a license code, I was not able, in my own to recover and reuse the license code. So, I called TurboTax Help. My license code issue was quickly resolved. I was able to continue on a new Windows 11 computer without incident.
