TurboTax Interface kinda of CLUNKY

Instructions for finding last year's AGI made no sense. When I logged in to TurboTax, I was confronted by the picture of a young lady saying she was here to help. When I clicked on "Got It" was was taken to a survey screen that I had no interest in filling out. Searching on AGI was worthless. I thought since I have filed with TurboTax for the last 15+ years, you had my previous years records on hand. This is the 1st year I knew I could upload the yearly filing.
This year's program wouldn't pull up the information from last year's filing.
Had to enter our bank routing info more than once.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Any chance of tailoring to different industries?

It would be great if TurboTax could incorporate different business types into the software. Even if you had to charge for it. For example, if I own a landscape business, tailor TurboTax to ask the preparer for expenses and credits typical for the landscape industry. I think you could easily charge for this type of specialty knowledge built into the software.

Long Tine User Still Frustrated

I have been using TurboTax from its first release. It has evolved nicely but there are still a few wrinkles that need to be ironed out; especially with the 2024 tax year products. 1. Your search and help functions are atrocious. They are hard to use and in many case do not provide the user with the answer they need about basic product functionality; an example is the query, "how do I enter a k-1" 2. in many cases I have to double enter information from one form to another. 3. In the Schedule C prep, Other expenses, the IRS has flagged my returns win a line in the Other Expenses screen is left blank and I use a subsequent line for an item. Either clear out the blank lines or give the user the ability to delete blank lines. 4. On the top of the screen where amounts owed or refunds are displayed. Handle this area in a different manner when there are multiple state returns in the mix.
