TURBO NEEDS AN OVERHAUL!!!!! WORSE BY THE YEAR

A LOT OF GLITCHES! NUMBERS WOULD DISAPPEAR RANDOMLY AND THEN REAPPEAR. OVER THE YEARS TURBOTAX HAS GOTTEN WORST!!! TERRIBLE COMPATIBILITY! BRING BACK THE FEATURES WHERE YOU CAN CLICK TO LISTEN TO THE VIDEOS. TERRIBLE INTERFACE! IT REALLY NEEDS HELP! WRONG COMPUTING WHEN IT CAME TO IRAS!!!!!!!!! IT WOULD HAVE TRIGGERED AN AUDIT!!!!!!@

TurboTax is getting worse every year.

I've been working on this for three days and have to stop because it stops. Finally realized I should try and see if it needs another update. That got me going again. Would have been nice to be notified of that. Then it duplicated the pages and froze the back one. UGH. It didn't transfer info from Fed to State forms. Now, it contradicts itself on the final pages with state. It says one more step to filing then goes in this loop. First is asks for Name and SS number for state...then says it's not needed and keeps that loop going. Then says the Fed and State don't match with SS numbers. BUT they are correct! Then it says I have to pay $40 to process the FED and $25 for State. I thought FED was included...it says so on one of the last pages.

TT is fine for federal returns, mediocre for state

TT is fine for Federal, but is not all that helpful with State returns. Also the so-called $10 state credit that is offered implies it will be used to discount the state return filing fee of $25 and it does NOT.
