Always will use TurboTax for tax filing needs!

We always use TurboTax for our tax filing needs. It's user friendly and very simple to navigate through and it simplifies it so we can do our own taxes.

Numerous Error "snag" messages, terrible

Used TTax many years. First year I have had multiple errors stating "Hmm looks like we've hit a snag", then "we recommend you visit the last topic...". Then I was not allowed to enter info! This happened many times in many areas! Never had any problems like this before after many years. No, I was not the problem! I had to enter info with "forms" pages! Ridiculous!

Status quo, state needs some work.

I was less impressed with the 2024 version. Many things that were fed over to the State version didn't feed over with this version. Turbo Tax should make it easier for things like foreign taxes paid on federal to state and help with figuring out Municipal Bond income for state purposes. Other than that, it gets the job done and I would hope Intuit would put more logic into their software. Interface could use some work too. Look what they have done to Quicken.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
