Its great but could you make it so we can print the current page in the program when it shows comparisons and other neat info? I do the taxes and take photos of these pages so that my wife can see them for their info is very helpful for planning later. It also helps answer her questions.

Long time user very dissappointed this year

I've used TT for years and this years version was terrible by comparison. I had to pay one of your experts to solve two small errors and it took about 90 minutes to solve (not her fault, but due to the program being very unintuitive and not following the approach that I had used in several prior years regarding this subject (foreign income and taxes). To me the program seemed very buggy.

Bait n' switch

E state filing sign-up showed an in-app discount of $10 against the $25 fee, showing a net cost of $15. When I put in my credit card and submitted the payment, however, the discount disappeared and the confirmation showed the final charge of $25 instead. This bait and switch practice, intentional or not, is very annoying.

Dependable TurboTax

Pretty use friendly. Recommend even more side by side comparison to previous years filings throughout the process as it helps to gauge if the info is lining up accurately or if there seems to be something dramatically different on a rolling basis as the return is being prepared. Over all I like the process of Turbo tax and will continue to use it ongoing!
