The software is unreliable

Your software will not accept a credit card with any expiration date that is after 08 (August). Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec and not accepted in the dropdown menue

I'm DONE with using TurboTax -- after 25+ years

It wouldn't add my ECA credit on my AZ tax return --- like it's done EVERY other year. I've used TurboTax for over 30 years. It gets harder and harder to use this TurboTax -- especially when you have rental properties and have assets to depreciate -- I couldn't figure out how to account for the trade in of our vehicle and then add the new car in 2023 and I with not giving me the ECA tax credit on my AZ return. I'm DONE with TurboTax -- heading over to my CPA, after Oct 15th so he can fix my 2023 return and this 2024 return. I'm so disappointed.

I'm using Turbo Tax probably for 20 years. This year it was really easy to use it. At least for me. Very straight forward.

Turbo Tax is horribly user-unfriendly,why?

The fact that you guys talk about being user friendly and at the same time cause 4 extra hours frenetic search on how to fix YOUR BUG inserting that stupid value of zero under the line 27b (Schedule C) and then not finding a simple, interactive way to allow us to enter back and "reach" line 27b (or else for that matter) is so preposterous!! Especially when the AI search bar is NOT ALLOWING you to search on any specific topics but just throw at you 3-4 alternatives, where there is no simple "jump to Schedule C" ( or similar included SO RIDICULOUS !!! All that while waiting 3-4- hours to find a way in order t e -file the return, OMG! Intuit, do you know how many business people e that I know that are leaving you after 10-15 years of using you !! All because you intentionally (trying to make your" AI experts" busy) or unintentionally, just making a poor product in that ever fierce competitive tax filing software market...you say "we listen on you..." so listen and get better. ....still loyal customer

Very easy to navigate and enter data. if I had a question or concern i tapped on the know more button which satisfied my question or concern.

Don't file taxes without it

We have used TurboTax for 30+ years. Fell comfortable enough to use it. The price in advantage subscription is higher than what people pay in the stores! Early release of the program is almost useless.
