TurboTax is failing

Turbotax used to be much more supportive of its users. I have used it for 30 years and the tax information provided has become much more sparse over the past 5 years. As I tried to send this, my nickname of Charles was rejected because someone else has it. How stupid is that.

I have been using TurboTax for many years and find it to be an extremely valid tax preparation package for my needs.It is a bit lacking at this stage in compatibility with some of the cryptocurrency exchanges that I use but I have no doubt that they will improve on those features very quictly.

Turbo Tax Saved The Day

Due to the passing of my wife and family problems, I was delayed in preparing income tax. With less than a week prior to the tax deadline I was able to prepare the return and submit for processing two days prior to the deadline. Thanks to Turbo Tax!!

Ca pass through poor

Gives no information on my California pass through account (15f), how much was used and how much left behind. also the interface is clunky and nonintuitive. Would like to talk to someone about these problems

Several of your pages are not clear with the directions. Could use a full review for simple wording. Mistakes are several. It said I filed electronically with my state and I clearly said not now. It didn't give me the option to mail.

I have been using Turbo tax for years. I think it is easyty to use and just respond to the questions being asked and it calculates whether you owe or you get a credit back. Pretty simple.
