Cost-Effective Approach to Taxes

This is a cost-effective approach to doing taxes. The app has become a little more confusing over time, but I believe this is mostly due to the complexity of federal tax law. $60 to live professional assistance is reasonable. I used it for the first time this year and had a very good experience.

Turbo Tax could not fix Illinois printing issue.

I worked with Lori Jeanne who was wonderful but Turbo Tax software engineers could not resolve the Illinois IL-1040 printing of attachments issue.

Turbo Tax Best Software for Taxes EVER!

I have been a long time user of Turbo Tax for over 6+ years. Their product is super easy to use and is always current on the tax laws and how to help anyone navigate them. They also provide live help from accountants with decades of experience. They also offer the Audit Defense which helps protect you in case of an audit. It's the peace of mind I long for year after year and I never fail to purchase it. You just can't go wrong with Turbo Tax rather you desire to do your taxes yourself or pay for one of their accountants to do your taxes for you. If you desire peace of mind then Turbo Tax is the way to go. I'm a believer so stop waiting JUST DO IT!

Overall Good - needs improvements

Overall good.
1) on Home & Business the new buttons for Interest, Dividend, and Capital Gains are awful
- they go in circles if you choose not to import
- did not carry forward income sources we had in 2023
- do not provide the reminders to enter all categories - esp. stock trades & alternative investments
2) For Employer Returns, If a vendor address is changed, each use of the vendor needs to be corrected
3) For Employer Returns, account# field (nor any extra fields) is not accessible in some form types, would be handy for Acct#, Prop. Tax & Insurance paid
4) For Employer Returns, Vendor files are not shared to other LLC's need to be recreated for each
