Greedy and not very accurate

first, you owe me a $10 credit on my state filing that you promised but did not do. you wanted to charge me a $40 processing fee for something else, you are very misleading in your advertising,I do NOT recommend any Intuit products and especially Turbo Tax.

Too many bugs that delay filing

I couldn't file in April because of a program bug. TurboTax wouldn't allow me to edit the Stock sale entries. Now I owe interest and penalties for late filing.

TURBO TAX NEEDS TO CORRECT THE BUGS

There seems to be a problem with Schedule E Rental/Royalty income. I do not have any royalty income, just rental income. After completing the return, when I click to file return, the system keeps on sending me back to schedule E to correct error for royalty income. The software will not file the return. I have print and mail the returns. However, I have been charged for filing electronically the state return.
