TURBOTAX SENT MY TAX TO COLORADO VS CALIFORNIA

I filed electronically for Federal and California State and I got an error message rejection from Turbo tax which said Colorado is not accepting my return. I am confused and double check the state on my return which clearly states California.

pain in the butt and stole my $10

I get it done and checked out by the software and leave it for a few weeks, launch and updates run and it gets all screwed up!! and wasn't given my $10 credit when I bought the state file fee!!

Worse every year

Every year I see more problems with TurboTax Home & Business. Their guarantee is worthless & TT has caused me to pay penalties in the past. This year, they overcharged me for e-filing the state. After clearly saying I had a $10 credit and it costs $25 to e-file my state, they then charged me $25. They also can't tell the difference between mailing address & home address, which also caused me headaches. After using TT H&B for 17+ years I'm not buying it again.
