I have been using TurboTax since I was 19 years old and I am now 58 years old. I love how easy it is to use. I love it so much I now work seasonally at TurboTax.

When filing my state return, I provided banking information, however, you forced me to use a credit card and charged me a $40 processing fee. That's unfair and deceptive.

2024 more cumbersome for investment info

2024 TurboTax made more difficult to simply enter information for interest, dividends, cap gains, etc. Relying too much on downloads. If I don't want to download, I don't want to try and figure out how to simply enter info manually.
