Better than in previous years, although too many errors that I have to go back and correct. I've been a user since 1994.

WE WORKED OVER SEVERAL ISSUES AND MY EXPERT WAS VERY GOOD TO ME AS EW PERSERVERED TO THE COMPLETION OF MY FILING. I STILL NEEDED SOME WORK FROM A LAWYER ABOUT BUSINESS QUESTIONS OUTSIDE OF TURBOTAX BUT THAT'S FOR ANOTHER TIME. I'D VOWED TO BE USEFUL TO MY MOTHER, SO I ENTERED THE NUMBERS OF HER RETURN, BUT AFTER SEVERAL E-FILE TRIALS IT WAS REJECTED, TO DAY WE FINALLY HAD IT GO THROUGH. SHE DIDN'T OWE ANYTHING SO I HOPE THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THE IRS LATENESS. AGAIN MY EXPERT WAS VERY KIND THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AN ADDITIONAL RETURN. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL THE HELP.

Cumbersome and Will not print copy of return

very cumbersome to complete taxes. Maybe that's IRS's fault and not yours. I don't know. but took forever to complete return. And then I could NOT print a copy nor review a copy of the return it was sending. Turbo tax just kept saying it could not print my return at this time. I kept trying but have not been able to print a copy of what was sent to IRS and the state of CT.

Doesn't handle Form 8990 and that sucks

I've used TT for decades and found it very well done and complete until this year.
It does not handle filing of a Form 8990 required when a K-1 triggers it with an excess interest expense (in my case $70). The 8990 is very confusing especially since the IRS and the K-1 use different terms for each required input. TT not including this for electronic completion and filing is a pretty large hole in their program and cost folks a lot of extra time and trouble.

We have used Turbo Tax for several years. It makes my life SOOOOO much easier. I never have to worry about forgetting to submit certain information. I also don't have to be concerned about not doing my math correctly. To me, it is a life-saver at tax time.

No instruction on interest if not 1099-INT

On Amended Tax Returns, if you want to enter an interest received which was not reported on 1099-INT there is no way to do it. Also, the instructions that are on the website are not accurate. They refer to sections of TurboTax that simply do not exist.
