Generally easy to use some things are not so intuitive.

Excellent Tax Software

Very complete guide to processing tax returns. Turbo tax gives you the confidence that your tax filing is both correct and complete. Excellent is not an exergeratio.

TurboTax is a bust

October 1st and trying to finalize my return. I could not get past the File/File Return/Pay screen without bombing multiple times. Unfortunately a product that can't perform this late in the tax season is VERY poor.

Frustrating experience...

This time was a very frustrating, time-consuming experience. Every time I exited and returned to my return, the figures were different. I finally got to the end. I filled out the payment form so I could e-file but the page was too large. I could not use the prompt to continue with the e-file. I now have to mail my documents. I am not happy with Turbo Tax this year and will consider using another company from now on.

Couldn't live without it

I actually did not engage with professionals this year. In the past when I have I have been very happy. I wish searching for a specific topic did not require me to login. often my question is "where in my many forms can I find this topic or that". Maybe I just can't find how to do it efficiently? But after using TT for years I could not live without. It allows me to do a sanity check against my CPA's input!

Turbo Tax a powerful Tax Filing Tool

Please pay some attention to a most likely intermittent issue associated with the Payment Module/External Interface/3rd Party API. After trying 6 times, 7th time it took my Expiration month. It was not taking any month after the 7th/8th. Except that it has been always a greatly reliable tool loaded with enriched and easy navigation along with all other nice UI features.
