TurboTax does a good job

Normally, I would give TurboTax a 5 however, this year I had to file an extra state tax return on top of my usual. Turbo tax needs to begin having help sections on the state returns. There were a few spots I had questions on and was not able to click on a help icon to help explain the line item. Also, I was supposed to receive 20% off on my state filings ($20 instead of $25), this did not happen when it came to being billed. I paid full price of $25 for each state return for a total of $50.00 when it should have been $40.00

Much more complicated than the 2023 tax version. Very confusing. Too many error had to be fixed at the end. I am not satisfied with 2024 Home and Business version
