Charged 2x for state file not free?????

Have not used anything besides TurboTax for many years. I am extremely upset this year that I was charged twice for my state return that was advertised to be one free state return filed. I will reconsider using another product next year.

Windows 10

I just received an email reporting that you would not support Windows 10 for 2025 returns. That's very disappointing! Especially for those of us that will be signing up for Windows 10 extended (for one year) security updates. Your failure to continue service of Windows 10 will require many of your customers to either drop further use of Turbo Tax or purchase a new computer. In my case, I was intending to extend the windows 10 for 1 year and then update my equipment later. So much for Customer Service!
