Pretty good overall

The program has changed over the years. It has removed the prior year numbers from the inpuyt screens. Not as convenient for me.

Turbo Tax keeps getting better and better!

I have used Turbo Tax Home and Business edition for many year now and it keeps getting better and better! Easy to use directions and I love the step by step guides and pick up where you left off option. I do have one small complaint with filing my state taxes when trying to go through the Turbo Tax website to check out. It has bounced back two years in a row and I have to print out and mail my return.

So easy to do my taxes and they are complicated. The program really does cover everything. Inputing data was easy. I was prepaid. Printing of returns is awesome. I just save everything to PDF and then can print. I also like that I can import last years taxes into the current year I am working on.

the turbo tax is just so, so, so many problems with it, I cannot file e file extension on 4/15 and IRS is on my back about the tax, cause there will be penalty n much more payment involved.
good that you have Martha to help when I call for a big problem, errors constantly towards the review; She was very pleasant and resolve the problems and issue, plus walk me through . Martha was so helpful that I will consider using the live experts help next time

Turbo Tax can be a rip off

Both my e-files (Fed and PA-State) were rejected. The software was "supposed" to help FIX the issue, but that was a worthless effort...leaving me in a delimna with the first the Federal forms and likely the PA State. Not happy with the "refund" fee also added to the filing costs ... paying for something like this without a pre-statement is rediculous....but I feel that's how TT makes its money. I;ve been a user/customer since TT was invented and about to use it for the last time.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
