Always reliable, whether using online or the desktop version. Incredibly easy interface, prompting questions are always relavent and accurate to my tax situation. Mac compatible, too! Love the new AI generated fetures and the reporting options. Thanks as always!!

I forgot to mail the taxes for 2021 and the Ladie this morning was awesome very helpful and now I am printing to mail the 2021 Taxes to the IRS. Thanks to Tasha, I'll never forget her!

Always good experience working with TT. However, Steve (TT-Expert) help me the most. Great expertise and very much likeable answering all my questions. He even took time to send me possible tax option based on my Forex trading fillings. I very much appreciated his help and would love to work with him in the future if the option is available.

Analysis to include depreciation notices

Home and Business software, the analysis at the end is NOT thorough. The screen should show the current tax year. There should be an option to review details of the analysis even when there is a low chance of an IRS audit. The analysis should include and give notice to user that if a vehicle fully depreciated in previous year, not depreciation allowed in current year. This should be checked by the software to make sure this situation does not occur and give notice to user when it does. A $25K in depreciation can cause about $5K tax liability, therefore this fact/notice should not be hidden.

Brittany saved my life and my wallet! it was a rocky start in the beginning because the call kept disconnecting but when we finally got connected, she helped me through to amend my return. I had not done it correctly. after she helped me fix the return, it showed i actually gained money instead of owed! she was so patient with me and guided me step by step and explained where my mistake was and together we fixed it!!! i hope Brittany stays with turbo tax in the future cause she is awesome and her assistance is superior!!! your the best Britt!!!!
