used for many years very slow started with online version had to switch to download version could not move info from one to another. last year info incomplete

Somewhat helpful, better than nothing

TurboTax proved to be a mixed experience for me this year. While generally helpful, certain sections were incredibly confusing, forcing me to rely heavily on AI tools to decipher what was being asked and how to proceed.
My biggest issue, however, was a critical failure in the payment process. Despite setting up direct debit, TurboTax failed to deduct the taxes I owed from my bank account. As a result, I'm now facing hundreds of dollars in penalties, which is incredibly frustrating and costly.
