Frustrated and Scared - TurboTax Renewed

I have used TurboTax for a couple of years in the past, but I had a crucial tax deadline and ran into difficulty with understanding some of the tax questions/language. Ani was not only a fantastic tax expert, but she worked me right out of my frustration and got me through it all!!

I've been using turbo tax for at least 15 years and never had a problem with it until this year.I don't like the fact that I had to download the program online instead of getting a disk. Maybe you could have it come on a flash drive instead.I previously explained my terror story with the software to the point that I HAD TO GO OUT AND PURCHASE A MAC COMPUTER EVEN THOUGH MY WINDOWS 11 IS ONLY 13 MONTHS OLD.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Great product for tax preparers

I've used TTX for many, many years and am thoroughly satisfied with it. I've found that since I've used the product for so many years, preparing returns is not a difficult task, no matter the difficulty of the Cx' return. Please don't ruin TTX as you did with QBDT.
