Your 2024 program is the least user friendly.

If you t is verYy difficult to cut/delete an item in trying to correct errors. I had to completely re-do my return.

Turbo tax is a winner for our family!!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for our Family's Federal taxes for so many years, I can't remember when I started. I have never received a reject from the IRS, so I will keep on using it, and feel very safe and confident using your software.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

Overchaged and a glitch wouldn't let me efile.

Still ask same questions over and over each time I go back to check on my entries. It also overcharged me for e-filing as I did not get the store credit I was suppposed to get (Turbo Tax noted that I would, but at the time of payment, charged full amount.
In addition, there seems to be a glitch. I added 3 assets for my rental to get additional depreciation, but It kept giving me an error that assets for section 179 were for current year only. Not sure why. It asked me to clear the checkbox, which I did by blanking it out and also by selecting no entry. It would still keep coming back no matter how many times I tried.

TurboTax Not as Great as it once was

I have used Turbotax ever since it first came out. For personal and business and Intuit Quickbooks, but the prices are making it prohibitive. I have also found errors and confusion along the way.
