Turbo Tax help feature needs more information

I generally love Turbo tax but I really had a problem with taking a nondeductible IRA distribution this year and Turbo Tax did not provide any information on why I was not able to take the full distribution as non-taxable even though my 1099 R form showed it was non-taxable. No information under the help option regarding why Turbo Tax prorated the distribution. The ability to talk to a Turbo tax expert to determine if this was a software error or an IRS requirement was frustrating as navigating to that option should be much easier.

changing some of the buttons to a different color may help to assure user to complete the tasks - my example was to complete and file the return after my review. Also put a date on the cover page with the electronic filing instructions.

Easy as pie except I didn't file on time thought I did on April 8th 2025. but when I didnt get my refund I found out I hadn't filed until today 5/19/25
