It forced several errors on me this year. Would not let me take home office deduction because "my business income was zero", but it was not zero!
$25 to e-file a state return is too much! I pay a premium price even at my club store.
Asking me to correspond offline and change my review? No! Bullies do their stuff in private.

Have used TT for many years

After running error check there were no errors until I went to efile my federal return. At that point 1 error came up that Turbotax couldn't' resolve so I had to restart my taxes all over again.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Over the years, Turbotax has become much more INTUITive, and easy to use. So many helpful features has made this process much less of a nightmare than it used to be.
