Hard to start the AMEND process.

Good until I needed to Amend the return. Your YouTube video focused on the Online (not Desktop) versions and the Help section was not correct or specific. It even took the expert 10 minutes to find out where the AMEND button waw. Y

Horrible. I inputted my bank routing number & account number and chose to pay my taxes when I filed electronically. I received no proof that I chose to have that done. No printout confirming it and no way to double check the information.

Can get the job done but not without a lot of time

TurboTax always has some issue every year. I haven't gone one year without something needing a work around or getting sucked into researching why something isn't working as it should. I end up getting it to work, but it seems overly cumbersome. These issues typically relate to K-1 information, and I realize there are a lot of things to cover, but every year there is an issue.

Foreign tax credit

The interview on foreign tax credit is weak. It should define foreign income sources and give an example of how to handle foreign taxes paid by a taxpayer with three or four foreign stocks and RICs which paid dividends exceeding $600. I ended up doing it by hand.
