Turbo Tax is a very easy product to use. It has a step-by-step option as well as a streamline entry for the more advanced user.

The live assistance made all the difference

I got stuck three different times and got live help to fix my problem. Brandon, in particular, saved me at the end by realizing I needed to upgrade to the business version. My taxes due dropped from over $6000 to $2665.His lovely, calm and friendly voice kept me focused as we figured things out. I only gave it four stars because I was given the wrong information by someone when I call the helpline right before April 15 about a May 1 deadline for my taxes. I was told only my Georgia state tax return could be delayed. He even emailed me a notice from the State of Georgia website. I went on the IRS website and found the correct information there that my federal return could also be delayed to May 1.

Failure on Filing dates

You've come a long way since I started using TT in the 90's. BUT not informing me of the later filing dates for people in NC is bad - very bad. How hard would that have been? CPA's confirmed what a friend told me. I pay you to tell me that. m Yesterday 2 CPAs confirmed that the date is now 9-25
