Each year the product gets worse

My tax information did not pull from 2023 so I had to start from scratch even though I logged in and TurboTax recognized my information. The product is getting too expensive and I should not have to pay extra for all of "help" that TurboTax says that it provides. TurboTax also makes it very difficult to file taxes.

In Harassment, No means No

This is a good product at its core. It is not a great product, and I dont know why a couple simple things are never fixed:1) on the step-by-step process you have to scroll to the bottom of the screen to get to the next step - just provide an option to reverse sort display and presentation of items (newest or next is on top) 2) I have been using the product for over 25 years and only stepped away once. You have as much access to my accounting as my accountant. However, the program continually asks me what was on last year's return. After syncing or uploading last years return(s), I put another copy in this year's folder just in case you made the product smarter. Stop worrying about AI or Audits when you can't even tell me what I put in your system last year (and i have re-uploaded that information in the same folder for reference. 3) What is your love affair with State Taxes? I live in Florida. I answer your questions that would mandate me to file and yet I still have to turn you down for working on state taxes no less that 4 times per return. In corporate America I would be separated for harassment, if I asked 3 times AFTER I was told no. No means No!

Trying to find a way to pay state tax is difficult. And once paid, something needs to show that.

Complex taxes and TurboTax made a distasteful exercise as easy as could be possible. Knew our situation was going to be tuff, so got the Tax Advantage service and spoke with their Reps at least three times during the day. 16 hours start to finish with 3 questions and quick responses with accurate guidance and information. Shall burn a candle to get through this past year without being deported.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Quick and easy to use. I am a repeat customer. Only the download steps did not automatically prompt when downloaded. But I found it.
