Awesome - Almost Perfect Except IP PIN Entry

Makes the filing pretty straight forward. The IP PIN entry was very difficult to figure out though. There was no hint of a problem in the Fed tax review. It wasn't until the return was rejected that the problem was revealed. It seems that should be a key piece of info gathered up front and again as a review item. Once discovered as a problem, it was a very convoluted process to finally find a way to enter the IP PIN. It appears this is a common problem that can be solved and save the end user a lot of aggravation.
All else is very intuitive and makes the process easy. Highly recommended.

Search feature very poor. Does not have answers to frequently asked questions. Should improve the JUMP TO to take a user directly to the area in Turbotax where an item can be entered.

The worst experience that I have ever had using Turbotax. I have used Turbotax since its inception and found the new application a nightmare and not as user friendly as the CD.
