TT has some issues

Suggestion-- provide an option so that the user can print completed tax forms and worksheets without printing their social security numbers or EIN except to print these numbers on the first page of the rertun printout. The reason is that if someone wants to file complete printed copies in their files for longterm, then when 7 years go by and the returns no longer need to be held the user can toss the entire return except for the first page with the SSN or EIN without being concerned about identity security and the need to shred every page to avoid the possibility someone may go thru the trash and find their SSN or EIN and then steal their identity.
Problem -- I have been using TT for more than 20 years incl filing a Sched C every year. Usually I withhold more than needed by applying all or a portion of the refund to next years return. This year I could not find the option to select a portion or all of my tax refund and apply it to next years tax. So I was forced to get a refund for my state and fed return and could apply the refunds to next year. I could not find a help file answer to this problem.
Minor problem -- I usually will go thru the return 2 or 3 times or more before I file. When doing step by step there are several pages that ask yes/no/multiple answer questions where I must check the box(es). I find it annoying that some answer boxes for these questions did not retain their answers on a 2nd or 3rd pass forcing me to recheck a box I had checked on a prior runthru.

I have used Turbo Tax for so many years I've lost count, and have never had any difficulties with the software, with the filings, or with the various tax agencies with whom I've had to deal.

Sad to hear of no longer supporting Windows 10 users. This last version had many holes in the programming,
Multiple I had to revert to the actual forms as the screen would just go blank. Other versions opened and worked fine.

Turbo is Great

Easy to use - almost - wish some of the previous year's entries would appear in detail - had to try to find those detailed worksheets which are not part of the "standard save" of tax forms and pertinent worksheets

TurboTax is OK, Intuit is a nuisance

TT Live expert didn't know the answer to where to enter a situation, figured it out myself. Repetitive Intuit account logins with multiple matching stairs, busses, etc is a major nuisance and I will try TaxAct next year.
