Lessened Services for additional Cost

When I first used TurboTax, Audio/Visual Tutorial Aids were provided. Since that time those Aids have been discontinued and they were very valuable Tools. The currently available Online Help is not nearly as effective and the Live Help is only available at an additional charge of which the Price is quite high. These changes have lessened my opinion of your Service, yet I continue the use. I, also, still prefer the Program Software Disc versus the Download for better record keeping.

Turbo Tax use to be easy,

trying to e-file, being asked for payment info. the screen is stretched pass the size of the monitor, i input info but only the back button is accessible so e-filing and payment is not complete. very frustrating. I even signed into intuit to see if it would resolve some issues. no such luck

I have been Using Turbo Tax since 1986 and have seen the improvements over the years! it not only speeds up my filing to the IRS but teaches me along the way! thankyou Turbotax!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby
