The tax calculation worksheets are perfect.
However, as a nonresident Citizen filing for a return, there should be an option available to allow for
- a foreign based phone line to be added
- a foreign based payment option instead of US based CC's with an US address assigned to them
- a verification method which does not require a US drivers license

Losing quality

After using turbo tax for 20 years, I will be looking for a new tax program. I believe you charged twice to fine a tax return with a refund. I was charge $65.00 the first time, then $40 when I refiled after being rejected. Also, accessing your help service is very user unfriendly. It is a shame, I really like the Turbo Tax program.

Turbo Tax makes tax filing process simple

Turbo Tax is awesome!

So easy to use and virtually impossible to miss anything if you allow Turbo Tax to walk you through everything. I've been using Turbo Tax since 2005, never been audited, never had an inquiry from the IRS, never had to file an amended return!
