Turbo Tax is great

Turbo Tax has gotten less tedious to use. I wish it was easier to purchase prior years TT for home use. I have to search every year.

Solid, Reliable Filing with Minor Drawbacks

I like TurboTax. I have been using if for more than a decade as a single filer since graduating college. User interface is bright, familiar, and pretty straightforward. Paid, certified public account support with working knowledge of across multiple states is a differentiator. Two quips- importing forms from third-party financial sites is a mixed bag- sometimes it works; other times, it does not. Why the software does not have control "F" for desktop- I am unsure why.

Mistakes in Both Federal and State Returns

I've been using TurboTax for many years. But this year it made mistakes in both my Federal and state returns. The mistake in the state return cost me $300. The mistake in the Federal return got me back an additional $2000. Not impressed this year.
